About Me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Postpartum Doula who is passionate about working with and learning from individuals and families. I'm happiest swimming in the ocean, hanging out on the grass with friends and family, creating ceramics, or otherwise communing with nature. Raised in Wyoming, I now live in Brooklyn with my partner and our two kids.
